RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping with PaperSkyz, LLC. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, altered or washed. Articles received in worn condition will not be refunded. PaperSkyz, LLC. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for PaperSkyz, LLC. to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PaperSkyz, LLC. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Securely pack your merchandise, return/exchange form and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your method of payment.
Exchange Instructions:
We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange for to ensure you get the size/color you want. We will ship your new order to you immediately. You can also email paperskyzllc@gmail.com to assist with your exchange. When returning your items to be exchanged, be sure to include the original order invoice and complete the return/exchange information section. If you have already placed an order for the new item, complete the return section but check exchange and enter your new order number placed for purpose of exchange and we will credit your shipping. If you have not already placed your exchange order, please complete the exchange section including the new item you would like to have shipped to you and select exchange. Once we receive your package, we will refund your card for the original purchase. On an exchange, PaperSkyz will happily cover the cost of shipping.

Returns & Exchanges for International Orders:
We are able to accept return and exchange requests for international orders within 60 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to accommodate any requests falling out of these guidelines.
All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way.

All orders will be shipped according to the estimated timeframe associated with selected shipping option.

* The delivery time for each shipping method is estimated. USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 18-30 days for international orders.

International Orders are shipped by USPS – The United States Postal Service. Delivery time varies but is estimated at 18-30 business days, depending on your country’s customs regulations and procedures.

Customers residing outside of the United States – Please Note:
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. International customers are responsible for paying applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
If you don’t receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.
PaperSkyz, LLC. will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming, please contact your local customs bureau.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
